Hey Billy relax, try playing the top teams
You really think PDA would post that? More likely it is a troll stirring up trouble.
Odd isn't it that CT. has 3 teams in it.CFC was a finalist and FSA was champion and Rocky Hill was semi finalist in their state cup. Same with Rhode Island 2 teams in it., Champion and Finalist. Thought each state champion advances to Region championship?
Fake Region Championship. Like said above 3 CT teams & 2 RI teams? Top team in Region 1 FC Bucks(PA). Has wins over NJ top teams PDA, STA, Brick & SJEB. PDA maybe 2nd best team or maybe Betheseda(MD) but NOT best!
So.....Splash qualified for the Region tournament by winning the fall State Cup?(and how would a state send more than one team?)Does this continue on up through the older ages? Thanks in advance.....
1:53So why did FC bucks lose to Spirit United in their State Cup?
FC bucks got knocked out by Bethesda. 5-1.Fc Bucks best in Region....think not.1)Bethesda2) PDA.3) Every top team on any Given Day
Bethesda is from Maryland. FC Bucks is from PA. How did Bethesda play in the PA State Cup?They were beaten by Spirit United.Get your facts straight.http://soccer.sincsports.com/TTSchedules.aspx?tid=STATEPAE&year=2013&stid=STATEPAE&syear=2013&div=U12F01
beaten at jags tournament.
FC Bucks Champions in Spirit & PDA tourneys. PDA lost to STA @ Spirit & finals of PDA to Bucks. Betheseda was 2nd best team in MD till players picked up @ end of season & guest players to win Delco & JAGS tourneys. For the year FC Bucks had the most success against the best teams in the area. When you beat STA(NJ), Premier Strikers(MD), SJEB(NJ), Brick(NJ), PDA(NJ), NJ Crush(NJ), Scorpions Elite(MA), Americans(NJ) & CFC Arsenal(CT) in the same year you can make claim to be the #1 team in the region.
State cup champs automatically qualify. Some states still 8v8 atU12 so finalists and semi-finalists are next up, unless of course you don't have enough players when you are invited and the other semi-finalists are bad teams because state cup is not seeded. Hence, you have what you people call a weak pool of teams or a fake regional. If you are going to minimize a team's championship, be sure to do it at U13, U14, and so on, because you won't even see the likes of the best teams in the region(Bethesda, PDA, Bucks, CFC, Stars of Mass, Scorpions, etc) from here on because they won't even be playing in state cup. Their second teams if they have one might compete, so you can play them.I'm sure you will all turn down the invite to regionals next year because the talent won't be good enough for you.
Love reading all these jealous parents. I'm sure SYA would much rather play in Neptune, Morris cup,etc...instead of regionals. Stop dinkiing the STA Kool aid and look to move to Match fit or PDA next year.
Thats the best part you cant beat 13 poor little rich girls from Morris County.......
Best part is PDA Splash won past two state cups and 2013 regionals. Even the best teams lose games but the best win the big games.
true- best team in the state, no doubt.
Bethesda was not at Regionals because Maryland does not offer State Cup at U12.
ecnl does not allow state cup play at older ages.Hence ecnl does not allow Region 1 play. ecnl has it's own little version that this pass year included a mandatory playoff in Colorado for the so called top 32 teams in the A div. 32 teams in the B or very bad div. 8 teams each go to Richmond for finals. Now, some ecnl players will double roster on a team and play in either state cup or Regionals.Just as some players get added to ecnl rosters as development players, allow up to 4 (not really development players , but great players just not on ecnl teams). ecnl had a great idea when it started, but now just another league with too many bad teams at bottom of league. Most are just average and carry too many players for real development.
Still on a B team at U-13? Get real.
"PDA Splash Region 1 champions. Looking in rear view mirror at Blue Blaze, Brick, STA Etc..."I'm confused...how do you compare PDA (basically an all star team comprised of the better players in the tri-state area) to smalltown teams like Brick, Blue Blaze, Etc.? And funny how a team like Brick can tie or beat PDA on any given day.
Get any playing time being on a roster on 18 or more? Always the same. 7-8 girls get all the playing time and coach rotates and subs the other three/four positions. But worth the big bucks for 20-30 minutes if that? how about 10. Oh, did not play, maybe next game it might be a blow out.Oh, coach wanted to pad the starters stats so he kept them in so they can score multi goals. Sound familiar? Been going on for years when roster is over 16. Anything over 17-18 is pure revenue generating for club/coach.
Delusional 845I have never seen a youth soccer team that wasn't capable of losing on any given day. That's what separates soccer from other sports when one team's players are more skilled than their opponents. I think what separates Splash from the pack is that while they may be capable of losing to certain teams on any given day, they would never lose to teams that your team is capable of losing to on any given day. As far as the all-star team comment, your point is well taken, however, the best players in tri-state area is an awful exaggeration. Most are within thirty, forty minutes of the complex.Since they are, in your opinion, an all star team, they most likely won't be playing your "town teams" any longer, they will be playing other all star teams from around the country. If you research some of those top clubs, you will see that they form teams in several regions of their state and then form one composite team from those to compete nationally.
Thats true- PDA Splash is being set up to play a different level of team around the country. Teams like Brick and Americans should be proud of their accomplishments thus far. They can compete still, although, the divide may get bigger as the girls get older. No shame in that. There are also SOME better players on these town teams than are currently on the Splash. These players may someday choose to play on a team like the Splash. The choice to stay will depend on the quality of their coaching and progression of their teammates.Teams like STA and N Force and Nj Crush are trying to compete directly with the Splash for players. No doubt that it is not easy. They will not bring in the mass that PDA will bring in and then they have to worry about losing their better players to a team like the Splash if the parent feels the grass in greener in the pretty light blue colors. It will be hard for these clubs to compete, but sometimes they capture the right mix of players and have the right coach who is 100% committed into making the team a powerhouse. You see this happen with various teams across the country. Pda is Pda. There is no reason to hate the organization because it serves a purpose and I'm glad we have an organization like this in NJ so that the parents have this club as a choice. It may not be the first choice for some parents but nonetheless its another option on the soccer menu for NJ.
So, if your daughter isn't playing for PDA Splash does that mean there's no hope of getting her on the right track/exposure to attract the top coaches to play college soccer with a D1 school?
if that is your goal then of course there are many other avenues and teams/leagues....But of course, you already knew that.
In your opinion what are some of those alternatives and team/leagues and at what age should these be exercised. Are there coaches/consultants who are well versed in the college recruitment process and, if so, how does a parent identify them?
At what level does your daughter currently lplay?
Simple. Goal is to be a starter on the best possible team/coach within your means of money/location/time/travel. 1)National League team being the best option, does not have to be a starter but plays every game with lots of playing time.2)ecnl or Region 1 Premier League- at this point probably needs to be a starter or major contributor.3)NE/Colonial League- starter4)EDP/NPL ECT.. starter and top 5 player.NEVER EVER be a roster player /bench sitter/ practice dummysome(maybe 2-3) R1 Premier and ecnl teams are highly ranked and respected and would be among the National League. Again, the best team and experienced coach with an excellent track record within your own means where the player can play and start is a very good guideline. Supplement the soccer resume with ODP if out side of NJ. ODP is well respected throughout the country and desired by colleges. ODP Players are pursued at u-15 and above. No need for ODP before u-14.
Thanks for your insight and advice.....So, if she's currently on a team in JAGS Premier Division and is a starter and does play a whole game or most of the game then she's probably tracking in the right direction. Does it ever make sense for the player to be a supplemental tournament player on a National Team? Where do you identify National Teams? How do players "get pursued" for ODP at U-15
PDA took one player at this level from CRUSHAnd had previously lost one to CRUSHTeams on similar levels.
something nobody seems to mention... is your daughter happy?
Yes, she is very happy with her team, coach, tournaments they play, etc. Win record can be improved....I think her team is in transition.....I think U-12 is a tough age...."fish or cut bait" stage. Those players who are truly committed to Soccer will stay and the team with strengthen..those players who don't have their heart in the game hold the team back....simply because not everyone has the same agenda and it comes through on the field.....IMHO.
"very happy" If she is truly "very happy" please stay right where she is. Put all into the team and evaluate after a full u-13 2 seasons.
I guess PDA can beat the poor little rich girls from Morris county. NJSA gets shutout for the tournemts.
Second Tier Academy kids are from a variety of counties and all drive the same amount of time as PDA parents. . Are their top players leaving next year for Match Fit and PDA with ECNL just around the corner? Already lost one girl to PDA this year.
Congratulations to two teams playing the game the way it was meant to be played. That's the way you get after each other. Nothing else really matters. When you play the game with passion there are no losers.
Which tournament did they play in.
Lehigh Valley Steamroll... 'elite' level tournament right there...
Second Tier Academy had to give parents something for their money after playing Neptune and Miorris cup.
The parents from STA, Americans &NJ CRUSh should combine their teams. Just get together and choose the best coach and let the better players migrate to one team. This team would quickly become the powerhouse in the state and become a national powerhouse over time. PDA would be looking in from the outside. Don't understand why the parents don't communicate more. It's in there hands.
Desperate times call for desperate measures. Is something wrong with those teams the way they currently are? So this is not about development of the player and team, it's about being better than PDA. They are already on the outside looking in.
It's about the best players coming together who have already chosen this sport as their primary sport so that the girls can be showcased at the highest level. Just another route instead of migrating to PDA. My understanding is that PDA already took a couple from these girls this year. So right now PDA is taken them. I see no difference in PDA taking them or parents getting together to form another alternative.
Final was a great game with both clubs battling hard for the win. Have to give the kids credit playing in that heat. Teams will pretty much all remain the same next season. Neither club losing any of their top players.
Yikes! If it is DM what out for those girls! He has a terrible past...I hope for them it is not him
it is DM, those parents should really know about this guy's past. DF is a saint compared to this person. He was suspended from youth soccer for a physical altercation with a 16 year old female ref in the Ocean Tournament a few years ago, he also has had other suits against him for harassment (not the kind that you would want to be known for)...I would never want my daughter around him. Do be fooled by him, still can't believe that RJ would hire such a person into his organization, he should know better.
I guess the Blog Administrator's kid plays for BB and PDA?
2nd chances are the American way, but not when it comes to kids. Get him away now. RJ, you will lose players from other teams by showing you don't care.
He was suspended for 6 months back in 2009... But i think he has been involved in the Wall Soccer Club since? I am assuming that they checked his background?
Very suspect person, he manipulated the process in Wall. They should have removed him and barred him from the club. It is a shame that he has turned up and will be around young girls given the past with suits mentioned in early post, restraining orders against him, I'm sure there is much more. But NJ Force has made their decision, could be a very costly one in the end. It is now well known that this guy used club funds to pay for his team, what a f'in joke, isn't that stealing?
DM will never coach my daughter. I joined the force to be coached by DF. There are lots of options available to us.
Good team, many good players. Of course those girls will have options. Hope it all gets worked out.
yes, a very good team. sorry that you will have to go through this at this point. You would have thought that RJ would have looked around for a better option, DM really doesn't know much about the game. He is good at BS but no real substance. Take advantage of one of your other options!!!
Big supporter of the Force. My daughters team participates in a lot of the tourniments that the force does, so we catch a lot of the games. They actually played the force a few times.Maybe this is a good thing changing, coaches the team has not been playing as good as they have when they started. Offense was always average, but seemed like what could be a powerhouse defense. Lately what happened to defense very average. Anyway good luck look foward to watching you guys play.
Second tier Academy needs girls down to 12,if you can deal with that guy.
DM is making FH look good.
Parents of Second Tier Academy must have stopped drinking the EB Kool Aid and realized he is not a good model for their children.
Wonder what the ring leader is going to do now. Kicked out of Jackson left freehold. Going to stay lol
who left Freehold?
I WOULD LIKE TO ASK THIS BLOG A QUESTION!IS THERE NO TEAM,COACH,INDIVDIAL THAT YOU WON'T SLAM,DEGRADE OR MAKE ANY INFERIOR STATMENTS ABOUT?EXCEPT FOR THE FEW MISCREANTS, MOST OF THE GOOD PEOPLE OF SOCCER HAVE LEFT THIS BLOG.....SOON YOU WILL BE POSTING TO YOURSELF.HAVE A GOOD LIFE !!!
To MR. CAPS,You are correct, most on here are negative. However, this is also a decent source of information (don't believe it all). This information does allow someone the opportunity to check on it. Regarding DF, go ahead and check. Regarding DM, go ahead and check. Regarding FH ring leader, well I also don't know who this is so no checking needed.
Second Tier Academy have 12 players for summer or fall? With their coach's reputation of being a total A-hole I believe it would be hard to recruit at u13. The better players will want to go to ECNL at u14.
Guess that is one way to deflect from the nightmare of NJ Force Crush, slam another team.
All teams have issues, but some more than others.STA is their coaches attitude and lack of focus on his teamWill the new Force's coach past come back to haunt them. That is not a very loyal group of parents. They are multiple parents talking to multiple clubs. Will this team even exist in the fall?FH does not develop their players.Jackson Sharks or Attack are both lower tier teams.
Not a FH fan but lets get real. No town team, including Freehold, has flocks of players chomping at the bit to join forces. These girls have been playing for Freehold for 4/5 years. Who is developing them if FH isn't? Don't be stupid people.
STA is their coaches attitude and lack of focus on his teamWouldn't it be coach's? My understanding is STA has a full squad next season.
I would bet Second Tier Academy will have players leaving after this coming year. Some kids all ready left because of the coach. His attitude will not change and the better players will not be showcased without playing ECNL. But if they stay they can be seen in the summer playing those high end tournaments. Neptune, Rider Cup, Morris Cup etc...
Maybe the STA coach is too busy over the summer coaching Christie Rampone, Kelly O'Hara, Jill Loyden and the rest of the Sky Blue women's team to worry about chasing all those meaningless summer points. Let his girls who want to play in summer attend some close to home fun games to keep their foot on the ball and let the rest enjoy their 12 year old summer time off at with their families on vacation! See you again in the fall with a full team!
Second Tier Academy in big trouble cant get past cover up with coach texting players,NPL slipping away.Red has 12 players because Big Bird blew out two girls knees . You get more fans at u12 then sky blue
For those wondering what this is... STA U15G coach was recently found out to be texting STA U18G players. He was fired and put on a plane back to England the next day so people didn't find out. Parents were only told it was a 'breach of company policy'
You seem to know a lot about the STA U12 girls. It either means you're a disgruntled part of the team in which case your daughter should leave and you should find a more suitable situation. If not, and you "know" so much, that just borders on being a really creepy stalker who needs to get a life.
My kid plays u12 I know about most teams she plays, what's wrong with that.
So give us all the inside information on every other coach, team summer schedules, and health of every girl on every other team your daughter has played instead of every post being about STA. Then I'll believe you that it's not personal.
Who are you?Big Bird himself ? Or the PR guy
Thanks for supporting my argument. I rest my case.
Big Bird needs to flap his wings and fly back to where he came from. Second Tier Academy has been getting weaker for the past few years as a club.
The house of cards about to come down!!!!!!
Again...a little obsessed aren't we?
Who ever said that Morris UTD teams as a whole were on the downward spiral, well they were correct. Across the board, just not as good as they used to be. Regarding this particular age group coach, relax people. Calling anyone names is wrong.
Tournament predictions for the CJI and Mid-Atlantic Cup?Will the Force be the same? How loud will the FH coaches be?Will the Americans return to form?Greater Binghamton should win Mid Atl easy. Not sure why NJ Wildcats are in the 2nd division in a tournament with no teams. Seems like a waste of their time.
I was thinking same about the wildcats. Pretty big slap in the face.
PDA storm state champsPDA splash state champs and regional champsPDA gunners us club regional champs going to finalsPDA u14,16,17 18 all in ECNL national finals this weekend.u18 finals two weeks ago,Seems to be best club in the area.
Sharks blowup, LC Leaves for NJX team, team is left flat, players have no place to play. OMG what will LC do next to kill soccer for players. Good luck NJX she's all yours lol.
Fc copa coach is the STA "b" team coach. No more b team for sta?
Very good game between Force and Copa today. Well played to both teams
Still have STA B team with new coach. That coach was removed from team and he got mad and went to Copa.
Film at a eleven!
I would think the ring leader is the neck cracker the one that thinks his better than everybody. And thinks he knows all.
Good team Where should the 13 14 force players go
"Attacked a 16 year old ref......"How about you give a complete account of what occurred?Or dont you know, exactly?
You can contact the Ocean Soccer Club, perhaps they will put you in touch with her parents and they can tell you what happened? That is the only way to get the real story
Players from the Force and Sharks can come to an Open Training for the NJSA Stars, Jackson turf 6pm on Tuesday 7/16All players Welcome
Players from the Force and the Sharks can come to an open training with the Jackson Attack on tuesday at 6pm at justice
You have to appreciate the fact that two teams have already reached out with potential support or places for the Shark players to Play. The Force players may stay, given the fact that they had a very good weekend at CJ Invitational, but RJ was on the sidelines.
Nj Force Crush win tournament.....Hope you can find a way to slam them
And the Letts are to be ashamed for what?Barely 24 hours and you have them involved in it!!You purveyor gossip. It is you, that should be a ashamed!
Whatever. Her daughters can play soccer.
Instead of bashing coaches lets see the results on the soccer field! You people should really get a life!!
Whatever? Her daughters? What are you trying to say?
Someone maddie an inappropriate comment about eating cupcakes regarding that individual.
Sorry...I thought you were talking about the TR info.
Above post what are you talking about?
Get a life! You are ruining your children! Just let the kids play! I don't see you doing any coaching.....Just complaining!! MT is a woman with a huge heart... And all the girls love her..That's what it's all about!!
Nobody has come to try outs because of Middletown Soccer club! Now that they are NJX they are coming from all over!
July 14 2013 8:41. NJX keeper was promised only one keeper on roster with backups. MT brings in LC daughter who is a keeper expecting to get majority play time. New recruit father is trying to find spot for his daughter in Sept.
The Jackson Sharks implosion was coming and had lots of reasons. Sucks when it happens but I am sure it wasn't an easy decision for the coach. Good luck to all the girls and coaches.
"July 14, 2013 at 2:23 PM Anonymous said... Players from the Force and the Sharks can come to an open training with the Jackson Attack on tuesday at 6pm at justice "NICE POST ATTACK PARENT PUT THEM WHERE ON YOUR 18 GIRL ROSTER LOLLMAO
At least The Attack is stepping up to try to do something as a shark parent haven't heard anything from the board and what a shame 2 board members on the team.
Dod anyone noice the Force mopped the floor with Freehold today.
The attack are not "stepping up", they are just trying to benefit off of the shark problems. There is nothing wroing with any team offering these girls to come down for a look but don't make it seem like the attack are doing something great here.
Force beat Freehold worse than any other team this weekend. Says a lot about Freehold can't beat a team with a new coach & unhappy parents & players!
Yes a coach means a lot during a game. Parents mean a lot during a game. What are u talking about. Summer soccer means not the same teams. Many guests and if you were there you would know younger.
If players need a place to go from the Sharks and Force, all players Welcome,NJSA 04 Stars u13 Is holding an open training session on July 16th, Tuesday 6pm Jackson Justice Complex Turf field 2C. Team is looking to complete it's roster for the up coming Season in the NPL League. All Players Welcome. GPS Address: 334 Jackson Mills Road Jackson, NJ 08527
correction JACKSON JUSTICE COMPLEX TURF 2C SORRY
Troll and trouble makers that is all this site is about..they have no idea what is actually happening.. just opportunistic chance to beat/ criticize teams coaches clubs, kids whatever gets a reaction .. Seems mostly Monmouth & ocean. Without them& the reacts there would be nothing here
Can someone tell me what happened to the Americans this weekend? Yes, it is just summer and doesn't count for anything but were the games good and could they just not convert? Was it only a fraction of the core team and the rest summer players? Surprised that they did not make the finals.
Americans missing players due to injuries. Still should have made the finals & best Freehold.
Looks like, what I thought were polar opposites, are going to coach together at NJX. WTF. Very surprised that MT would ever look to have that person on the sideline with her. She is rude and obnoxious, only cares about her own daughters. Broke up two very good teams. Would you really want someone like her coaching your daughter? They must be desperate to take on that freak show!!!! But kind of sums up youth soccer in this state, no loyalty, self serving individuals who ruin many players at a young age. It is my hope that those players on Sharks without a place to play find a good team where they will enjoy the experience. For the coach's out there, there are many good players from that team, 2 or three very good backs. Don't pass on the opportunity to pick them up.
saw Americans play at EPIC during Mother's day weekend. They weren't the team they have been at that tourney either. I think that they have many key players with injury problems. I'm sure they would be ready to play in the Fall, but if many are injured why would they play in summer tournaments, why not take some time off for those players to heal?
Thats all there is. 2 to 3 players worth taking.
2-3 kids left, don’t the Sharks still have enough players to field a team? I am surprised a parent/or other member in the club doesn't step in short term. Even if it means adjusting to a new level for the short term as long as the kids are enjoying it. I feel bad for the girls :( as most are playing for the enjoyment and being with their friends. Which in the end is what 99.9% end up getting out of the “Soccer” experience. No college rides nor careers at professional level (even the very few that do there no $$ in it anyway). When these girls become graduating Senior and look back; they will laugh about all the fun times they had with their friends and will understand what soccer was really all about. Learning to be part of a team, how bond/get along with people, responsibility (making sure you show up on time, have your gear and are prepared to work) as they will need these skills in college/business. Making lifelong friendships. I know these girls learned something and will be stronger from this experience. Who knows maybe the parents learned something as well, as it is not about them but the girls. Hopefully someone steps in. Parents you will miss these days when they are gone..
July 15, 2013 at 4:35 PM POSTERGREAT POST, WELL SAID.THANK YOUTHATS WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT!
As an outsider, if I was a Jackson parent and was looking for an outside alternative team for my daughter to play on, I'd be looking to Brick. That's not to far to travel if I'm not mistaken is it? That team has the history and proven track record of being a consistent top level team. If I was closer, that's where I'd be looking to place my daughter. I'm just sayin'
you guys are missing the history here.90% of the sharks are out of towers. These parents were warned about LC.If you go back in the blog, when she took over the team, it was said she would ruin it.Then in the begining of last season it was said she would be going to Middletown.I don't feel she will be in middletown(NJSX) long.
So much drama and stress over kids soccer. You gotta believe that coaches are generally trying to do the best they can - many are volunteers. Some a good and some are incompetent and their players actually know more than them. But they are still trying. i just don't get all of the drama. Is it like this everywhere? Or just NJ and specifically Monmouth and Ocean county?
Many issues? They are the only good team in that Club which means I'm sure there is a lot of jealousy. Never heard anything bad about the team or coach & we've played them a lot of times. He they leave I'm sure the team would leave with him but not really sure why he would leave? Best town team by far in the age group.
How would anyone know what goes on in all these Clubs? Sounds like people starting trouble or disgruntled former parents whose kids got cut. Take it for what it is if someone has the time to go on here to bash they are very unhappy people with an ax to grind. We'll all pray for you! It could be worse you could be paying a fortune to play low level soccer on all these so called academies. If you are not at PDA then you aren't on an academy.
I wouldn't even know that Bricktown even had a Club as my older sins have never played a team from Bricktown in all their years of high level soccer. Sounds like typical town bashing to me or like someone said with an ax to grind. To pretend you know what goes on with these teams is foolish. Force, PDA, Jackson & Freehold unless you are on the team you don't know & I would never get my information from a blog.
Every year PDA will add players that come from where??Town teams , Faux Academies.erc..so everybody relax let the girls enjoy their games.
THERE ARE NO ACADAMIES ON THE GIRLS SIDE JUST CLUBS, LETS BE CLEAR ON THIS< THEY ONLY EXIST ON THE BOYS SIDE AND RUN NATIONALLY TO FEED NATIONAL TEAM
No dog in this fight, but I'm a coach, and I can tell you that it's a small community. All of the comments about the clubs are sensationalized, but not completely off base. Issues in Brick, Jackson, Freehold, NJ Force - all true.
Okay coach & where do you coach that you know what's going on in multiple clubs? Seems you mentioned clubs that maybe you're competing for players with perhaps? Only team that comes to mind that would worry about these Ocean & Monmouth County teams would be NJSA. The north teams aren't competing for players with these teams so it has to be a down south team. You wouldn't really admit to coaching NJSA would you? Very low level team which is a reflection of the training. Want good training wear the light blue.
Could be NJ Wildcats too. They are in desperate need of players. A lot of teams have problems with some being blown out to be bigger than they are. Other than Jackson these teams do well for all these so called problems. Worry about yourselves as you have problems.
No high level coach would ever be caught dead on something like this. This is for fun to some & a place to vent for others. If there really is a coach on here then they are coaching at a very low level. Our coach has heard about this blog & we were told to stay off if it. Still fun to read at times & I don't come on here to bash but will defend those who bash for no reason.
Although the blog administrator has deleted your post of july 14 …5:44pmLet us know your name and what team your daughter plays for so we can critique her play. Now I think you know what is wrong with this blog!
Contact TR if you really want to know or all those former players scattered all over the place.
Interesting how there has been NO TALK about Copa Roma until the "Inappropriate Coach" from STA B started coaching them. He obviously likes to stroke his own super-ego. The dirty laundry he started on the board seems to be following him! Isn't it true he told his STA B team at Holloween (2012) that he was offered a coaching position with Copa? And also told those parents he would take them with him and take over the existing team? As a Copa parent you should be concerned and do your homework.
Why are we talking about Upper Allentown? Deflecting from the mess left in TR, Jackson & soon Holmdel.
Freehold players leaving for force?
Surprised anyone would want to stay with the level of coaching & training or lack there if there. NJ Force makes sense.
@7:52True! A few problem parents left to join him. Hoping to move on and STA can get their credibility back. STA is better off without him and the problems he has caused.
Force is the best new team I have seen in a while. Why would anyone leave that team??
I believe that said that a freehold player is making a move to Force.. Not the other way around. Why would someone leave Force? Leaving Freehold for better coaching/training makes sense. most of the Force players are from the Jackson, Freehold, Marlboro area anyway.
No problems at Force? Got rid if dead weight & let's now get rid if a coach that you had for only 1 tournament? Sounds like a little of people with their own ideas there & trouble.
You always have a say especially when you are paying for it! If you don't think so then that's why they can take your money & not be upfront with you. Good luck.
Last year a player left Freehold for the Force and has returned to Freehold. This year 2 players all ready left Freehold to join the circus (I mean the Force). Maybe another one is follwing?
Highly doubt it.
STA B coach went to Copa weeks ago. Nobody was talking about them until after they played Force on Saturday. Clearly again a Force parent mentioning he was there. Force parents AGAIN starting conversations about other teams and stirring trouble.
Trolls & trouble makers out big time,,don t get suckered.
In response to 7-16-13 4:19 PMSo what you are saying is you don't know squat. You come on here bad mouth many teams and individuals. Every time you come here you make a statement and then refuse to answer. (Go ask TR, go ask the players) No... I'm asking you to backup what you say!! Or just keep your pie hole shut.Your just a pot stirring troll.
Why do all of you crazy people think the Force starts trouble? Regardless of all the bashing and attempts to hurt our team the girls just continue to persevere and succeed. You cant win all the games you play but overall the Force girls have worked hard and accomplished a lot in their first season together. The parents get along and enjoy each other and compared to all the teams sidelines are quite calm and quiet. Worry about your own team and stop assuming its the Force starting trouble. Maybe all the families on the Force were trying to get away from you troublemakers. Think about it, kind of makes sense since every time the Force has a successful weekend they get attacked and accused of starting trouble. So, you just keep complaining and starting trouble and the Force will just keep trying to play good soccer and win some games. Good luck to all in upcoming season!
Please let me know who your daughter is so I can critique her.
So then be upfront with the team & don't tell them that you have enough for a team this Fall when she didn't plan to stay because the team wasn't good enough.
Guessed play? You are stupid
6:37. You talk about loyalty, every parent on this blog better look in a mirror. None are loyal to the coaches. Speaking of the coaches of jackson and middletown, they are volunteers and are allowed to go where they want. With regard to the keeper situation, you obviously want your best keeper in net. There is no comparison with the two keepers that you are speaking of. The jackson keeper is head and shoulders above the other keeper. Dont know where the other keeper was trained, but a refund is in order.
Its only one jackson parent complaining about not having a team. But they team hop every year with their other kids. This time the shoe is on the other foot. Remember the golden rule
Obviously not good enough to start. What is wrong with having 2 keepers. Is anyone promised a starting position? If the first keeper gets hurt then the 2nd keeper has to step up
Ther is nothing wrong with having 2 keepers on a roster but in this case MT promised them the roster would only have 1 keeper. It took MT less than a month to go back on her word.
Unless u r the parent of the keeper u would have no way if really knowing.
LC (golden rule) bringing your kids to other teams ok so I agree. If your child at another level, want them to be challenged, do more. But you can't compare another parent leaving a team for another you should have fulfilled your commitment let your girls go and you finish coaching the team untill you had things in place so the team can continue on without you. But it's not about your kids it's about you.
AH commitment and loyalty are the samething. Why should a coach be loyal if the players parents arent. AH don't you switch on a annual or semi-annual basis. Kettle meet black
Still on a B team. lol
Haven't visited this site for sometime, but not surprised that it hasn't change too much. Everyone complaining about coaches, player movement, my daughter's team is better than your daughters team. This site is comical at best! The 80/20 rule probably works well for all of you, 80% of you are nuts to fall for the 20% instigators that suck you into their bull$7it. Just breezed over the posts from the past few days. Looks like NJX has now taken on the role of the Jackson team, I can see why, you can miss something that BIG. It doesn't matter where those players are from they have been screwed by that coach that moved. This could have been done the correct way.Players will always move, trainers may come and go, players that were good when they were young may not be playing when they are 15. Many will be burned out by these teams that play in too many tournaments. Many players will be injured, serious knee injuries, because parents and coaches insist that they play in too many tournaments, including summer tournaments. Why don't you take some time off, go to the beach, let the players be kids? Learn from the Academy Program on the boys side. They do not allow the players to play in July and August. That is one thing they do that is very smart.I often notice this and I hope that many of you do as well. There is an abundant amount of talented players and teams at this age group in this state! And Region. Our daughters are very lucky to have this competition. cheers!
